March this year my sister and I celebrated our 27th birthday at Agog Gallery in Maboneng. I'm sure you can guess from the title of the blog what the theme was.
It was the first time we celebrated a birthday in Gauteng in three years and we had a time. Of course the most stressful part of the birthday is always planning outfits. I made myself a pair of print tights and paired them with an oversized Cape Town merchandised t-shirt. My sister wore a sweater that belonged to my mother in the 90s and a dungaree from the 90s.
The besides the outfit, my hair gave me the most stress. I decided to try out a ponytail extension for the first time. What work that was but I think I pulled it off. Ecostyler gel was my best friend here as well as the extension which I had to braid myself.
All in all we had a great day at an absolutely beautiful venue.
