CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund happened once again this year. This year the Fashion Fund is different from other years as the series focuses time on the stories of past winners, runner ups, mentors and Anna Wintour herself.

While listening to the stories I found that many fashion fund finalists preferred the mentorship over the money that was part of their prize. Yes, they all agreed that the money made a substantial impact on their career's and brands but the mentorship is something they could never buy with money.

I have always said that experience is better than money. Yes, one would want to get paid for the work that you do but experience is priceless.
